Article source: ADI ARQUITECTURA S.L.P. Rehabilitation of a dilapidated house for occasional home in a village Mastership. Given its position in corner, very visible from three streets, was intended to respect the materials, proportions and arrangement of holes of traditional architecture. The balcony, which runs between two floors and two flat facade, it uses these intentions, following along with modern language and answers the purpose of facilitating the views between neighboring roofs. Inside, the stairs, always present, is the element that represents the plants, so it was arranged very open, combining tracks and rail with the same structural resource.
