Overview: Located directly across from the Brooklyn Museum in Prospect Heights, this 2750 sq. ft. pre-war apartment commands breathtaking views of Lower Manhattan and Prospect Park. However, over the last 30 years the apartment was subdivided in smaller rooms resulting in clustering the circulation and obstructing the views.

The renovation involved opening up the apartment by demolishing the partitions, freeing up the perimeter walls and exposing the interior façade and windows. The open plan brings natural light deep inside the residence, revealing the view of Manhattan skyline.
