The access is located at the north oriented façade and allows the orientation of all the spaces to the southeast, where the best views and the best solar orientation. The building is crossed by a perpendicular axis of communication from which each and every one of the different functional subunits are oriented according to this criterion.
It is a house raised primarily in plan in which to break the orthogonality of stays, facilitating the opening of the same landscape from a private and protected area.
Is based on a radial pattern in which the façades location is deformed looking the best possible guidance and allow full illumination and orientation of the various interstitial spaces left while keeping independence between them.
