ChaiOne is an innovative enterprise mobility agency. Their new international HQ will be located just east of downtown Houston. It will be a renovation of an abandoned 1920’s Art Deco Concrete Shell building which was the original Schlumberger HQ. This project is part of a broader push to develop a livable high tech start up district in the long neglected east Houston area.
