AD61 is a unique and exclusive development in the area of New Polanco.  This area has been transformed from an industrial zone into one of the most desirable and solicited neighborhoods in Mexico City. Over the last decade it has grown exponentially, developing around Carso, one of the biggest development projects in the city.

The most significant element that characterizes the project is the diversity in unit types, giving the client many options, therefore allowing them to pick the most suited unit for their lifestyle and allowing them to personalized it even more if desired. The variation in square footages ranges from 450sf to 1,350sf.

The façade utilizes two different materials to help break the long views created by the buildings and its site limitations.  A series of horizontal bands where used to help unify both buildings, helping create a backdrop among them.

With all the unit diversity given to the client, AD61 brings a unique aspect, establishing itself as a great development in the area.
