The original program asked for the total refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment in a building from the 60’s in Lisbon’s city centre.
With the addition of one social restroom, the social and private areas of the apartment were clearly separated.
One large entrance hall was created, with direct access to the living/dining room, social restroom, kitchen and pantry. Thanks to a large pivot door, the entrance hall gives also access to a second hall of broad dimensions that distributes to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 suite with closet.
The client wanted the apartment to be dotted by one colour. The green was chosen for the kitchen, pantry and restroom.
