Based on principles of innovative sustainability, functional diversity, and design sophistication, the project will offer to a refreshing way to compose new neighborhoods. The mixed-use residential development consists of 4 sites occupied by 17 residential towers, connected in rhythm by horizontal podiums of street-level shops with office, community and institutional premises above, and basement parking. It totals 396,283 m2 of construction above ground and 144,102 m2 of parking underground.
