Alongside the open, welcoming entrance hall, the upper basement floor offers space for gourmets. In the wine cellar, which has been deliberately kept dark, the treasures of the house are stored in style and presented to the connoisseur with the robust charm of traditional wine crates. The spa area offers an elegant swimming pool with luxury sunbathing and sauna areas, all with a wide open view of the surrounding landscape – the last word in relaxation. The walnut cladding is in perfect harmony with a Bisazza mosaic. Providing an exclusive welcome for guests, the ground-floor bar area opens up tone on tone, optimally highlighting the back-lit onyx structure. The natural stone floor in Golden Cream and the varnished surfaces of the furniture are perfectly matched with one another. Offering the highest quality in terms of technology, the spacious kitchen is also situated on this level. The second floor is entirely dedicated to providing a quiet place to sleep. There is ample s pace for technical equipment, as well as a spacious garage on the lower basement level.

As both part of the house and a separate entity, the elegant grill house is located behind the living quarters. A magnificent table made of solid walnut, designed to emphasise the tree’s natural structure, accommodates up to 16 guests.
