The project is for a family with 2 kids. It consist of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a master bedroom with en suit bathroom covered with gray marble and a walk in wardrobe on the first floor.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, made out of teak wood and corian along with the living room with furniture from Lignet Roset (Confluences sofas). Also in the ground floor we can find the dinning area (table by Bonaldo) , another living room for formal occasions again with furniture from Lignet Roset and a guest toilet under the stairs covered with mirrors and a custom made gratify wallpaper The floor of the entire ground floor is white marble. The lightnings are from Mooi. Both areas (kitchen-Living & Dinning-living) are connected with the outside terrace.
The whole area outside is cover with gray marble (Alivery) and it has 3 areas all connected.
The bar area with a custom made concrete bar ,a stone wall at the back from traditional cypriot stone and a raised wooden deck floor. The pool area with cantilevered wood decking and the covered veranda that serves as a dinning area for the pool.
