The project has been carried out as a proposal to unify service units of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Besiktas Municipality, at district levels.
As every quarter has distinct city formations and different requirements, developed designs had to be open to unique variations that can differentiate within themselves.
Some of them included a post office, some others; public lavatory or an office for the local football club but all of them were designed with the same constructional principle and planned adaptable to different landscape characteristics.
Apart from these, considering the option that the designed structure can be located in parks or recreational areas, sustainable and re-constructable materials that allow different plan alternatives, had to be chosen.
The structure is furnished by passive systems that allow less energy consumption. Also through photovoltaic batteries it is aimed that the structure generates its own electricity.
