The project insists on a part of the territory on the sidelines of a craft area characterized by industrial buildings, interested mainly from the junction of the junction between the Provincial Road No. 5 Francesca South and the new roads for huts. On the one hand the project seeks the correct interpretation of the role of urban and social development of this area at that precise values ​​of urban spatiality able to witness the tradition of the area of ​​Santa Maria a Monte in its relationship with the transformations of the territory; the other project investigates the true meaning of a shopping mall, trying to express the character as a new social center, a new \”square public \”, the organization of its paths and its spaces. In order to achieve the reorganization homogeneous and qualified in the area, has been called an intervention unit whose implementation has been set to ensure the functionality, the allocation of standards and the architectural and environmental quality of each part. The commercial building occupies 4,300 square meters of covered surface and a volume of 24,200 cubic meters; is positioned along the northwest side of the compartment so that the main front entrance is facing the ramp and the new road junction, thus resulting nodal element and clearly recognizable by those who from the freeway head towards Santa Maria a Monte.

The parking lots are located in the range between the junction and the commercial building, easily accessible by public road; immediately adjacent to public roads, was also localized the area designed to urban standards assigned to the district authorities.
