Article source: NRM*Architects Office One corner in the uptown where the site is typical. A residence hand is a young married couple. I put the thing which makes the cost a compressed rational plan, private securement, good lighting, ventilation and future’s child rearing in the view, was conscious of the spatial structure which stimulates susceptibility and planned in the limited budget.
There is a difference of ups and downs in frontal road and a site. Compression of the cost is to make only the living room part in LDK planned on the first floor the level close to a road, make it spatial structure with a change by making it a kitchen-dining room and skip floor with the level difference and avoid installation of a retaining wall using that, and also serves both. It’s to plan blindfold fence which took the distance for the building body in the first floor and the location which shifted the second floor respectively, and lighting and ventilation have been secured while avoiding the eyes from a neighboring land. The space this blindfold fence produces is also placed as a courtyard with LDK and the terrace which continued, and I intend to contribute to abundant living space. Contact NRM*Architects Office
