 platform, Image Courtesy © Söhne&Partner architects The form, material and geometry of the design create a mysterious, powerful and surprising atmosphere that is strongly reminiscent of the dramaturgy of a James Bond movie. The design proposal provides a parking deck with a net area of 63m² plus a staircase landing with additional 3,6m². On the terrace level the supporting structure is partly remodelled in order to create additional space for garden tools and a cloakroom. The parking deck itself is very spacious and can accommodate two cars and two Harleys. In addition to that there is still enough space on the outside deck for a gym or a cozy sitting area.
