 Image Courtesy © Fischer Architekten AG The building responds differentially to the immediately adjacent neighbouring areas – for example, by receding in the northwest and south to create the necessary spatial distance to the planned high-rise building and adjacent traffic intersection. It is connected to the neighbouring streets on all sides. Additional entrances intended only for residents are located in the courtyard. The references to the outdoor spaces determine the development of their floor layouts.
