It is a response to a society even more flexible and demanding for hybrid and multifunctional spaces. With less visual blocks inside, the apartment has large amplitude and the internal area seem to grow. Regardless to size and use, the terraces are highlights, that enhances the relation between the dweller and his own city. Large frames allows generous natural ventilation and lighting. This project profile aligns Brazilian architecture with the worldwide trend.A large distance between the building and the street represents the transition between urban landscape and project, preparing the dweller to enter there as his home. The volumetric composition made with straight lines and plain materials such as concrete and glass is the starting point of contemporary architecture.
