Cooperative housing development with 23 homes.
The houses are grouped around a green inner courtyard common to all in the manner of the village green or the »Common«, as it was once called. The houses are plain and simple in design, reticent in form and expression.
Diversity is achieved by varying the openings: room-high windows and structured ceiling strips articulate the façades. Prefabricated sandwich elements made of fair-faced concrete in a warm, earth tone add a sculptural character to the complex.
