Article source: Majchrzak Pracownia Projektowa “House was designed as two blocks : lower, flat base and high module with two-side roof. Whole building is 10 meters wide and extended into the plot. Taking that into account house will fit into 18meters piece of land with area not lower than 640-650m2.
Wooden elevation provides an original and natural look. Facade boards covers all walls and roof, except for the gable walls made of glass. House with that style requires living and green surrounding, no matter if plot is located in the suburbs, with forest around or in the downtown. What is important, that house needs different textures and shades of green. Thujas, trimmed hedges, silver spruces – certainly not. Additional asset of House x_06 is flat roof above garage and living room, which can be used as terrace by the bedrooms. The ability to enter there will simplify technical inspections of the roof, removing leafs and other refuses from the rainpipes. The biggest advantages of this design are: – building has spectacular blocks, module with two-side roof and ridge normal to plot front and ground floor with garage in the front and covered terrace in the back, Contact Majchrzak Pracownia Projektowa
