Tuc Tuc Company Headquarters in Lardero, Spain by Ignacio Quemada ArchitectsOctober 29th, 2015 by Sumit Singhal
Article source: Ignacio Quemada Architects As the headquarters of this international company dedicated to children’s fashion, the building houses the central management and design offices, a warehouse for storage and distribution equipped with the latest technology, a retail outlet, etc.
The interior spaces have been designed according to criteria of maximum functionality, whilst the unique exterior architecture fulfils the company’s desire to use it to transmit its character and values. The quality of the structure is remarkable, executed in collaboration with engineer Mario Guisasola. In contrast to the horizontal nature of the façade, the vestibule extends upwards from the entrance to the offices towards the coloured prisms containing the most emblematic spaces, generating a space traversed by the spiral staircase.
