 Image Courtesy © Alexandre Guilbeault The goal of the project was to develop the areas’ signage and interior design. To bring in a lot of natural light and give the impression of wide, open spaces, wood, the transparency generated by the windows, and clear and neutral colors were favored. Remaining true the Desjardins brand, green was added to all the signage, which was sleek and very visible to visitors.  Image Courtesy © Alexandre Guilbeault  Image Courtesy © Alexandre Guilbeault The waiting areas for customer service and the bay windows that separated the office space from hallways were designed to provide maximum lighting everywhere. Moreover, the way the office space was divided improved communication with clients and created a more harmonious work environment for the personnel. The transparency nevertheless was nuanced with light-colored adhesive film to provide a certain degree of intimacy. In addition, films for visual projections were affixed to the walls to enhance the customer experience. Apart from these mural projections, the offices included black and white photographs of symbolic landmarks in Sainte-Foy; these pictures were selected to increase clients’ sense of belonging to the Caisse Desjardins de Sainte-Foy.
