The festival was founded in 2007, it has served from the very beginning as a review of Polish design achievements. Since its founding, the Festival has attracted more than 270,000 attendees from around the world.
Human Touch Group (http://www.humantouchgroup.com/) is an initiative uniting ten diverse subjects under one common humanistic approach. Human Touch Group pavilion has been located in a festival centre in former factory building – Art_inkubator in Łódź. The pavilion was placed on the entering into the festival’s centre. This is why designers decided to allow an uninterrupted fow of people through the pavilion. Pavilion’s spatial form created by mode:lina is nothing else than an houses with Concordia Taste cafe equipped with FoodLab by Tomek Rygalik (http://www.studiorygalik.com/) and Mała Czarna (The Little Black) designed by Maria Jeglińska (http://www.mariajeglinska.com/). Each house is fnished with wood on steel black construction. Flooring, furniture and exhibition’s equipment were supplied by members of Human Touch Group. Contact mode:lina architekci
