Article source: at26 Will be occupy a very small space on San Ignacio street in Old Town of Havana, Capital of Cuba. Will be also neighbor upon Plaza Vieja, square which is just resurrected from longtime sleeping. We do not try to design space which aspire to by just new fancy bar with glamour atmosphere. We try to design spot which will mirroring \”dirty\” and \”juicy\” soul of Old Town. Something which will using mixture of all suggestions You can meet in every street here …
Extremely small space versus Client´s expectations lead to smart solutions which counting with every usable square meter of bar´s plot. This is the reason why some parts of technologies and kitchen´s storage place, will be placed above staff´s heads. Ceramic glazy tiles, natural oak wood and iron painted with matt black color … are three ingredients in this smelly soup. We use also internal electric cables as a reminiscence of omnipresent electric wiring in all the streets arround … We hope, that interaction between Papa Ernesto´s look and served food and drinks will be unique coctail.
