Article source: OTTO MEDEM ARQUITECTURA The house is arranged around an entrance and circulation core from which the different trajectories extend to the various rooms, both on first and second floors.
It is a house conceived on two levels above ground. It is developed in an “L” shape, with a staircase acting as the hinge between the two wings. The double height of the living room helps to articulate the spaces, at the same time distributing natural light to the rear of the home. The first floor, destined to living areas, is arranged around the staircase that leads to the upper floor. The different rooms open around it. A double height space is created over the living room connecting visually with the playroom on the upper floor. To adapt to the slope of the site, the dining room is almost two feet below level 0.00, from where a porch opens and gives access to the swimming pool. Contact OTTO MEDEM ARQUITECTURA
