 Image Courtesy © OTTO MEDEM ARQUITECTURA It is a house conceived on two levels above ground. It is developed in an “L” shape, with a staircase acting as the hinge between the two wings. The double height of the living room helps to articulate the spaces, at the same time distributing natural light to the rear of the home. The different rooms open around it. A double height space is created over the living room connecting visually with the playroom on the upper floor. To adapt to the slope of the site, the dining room is almost two feet below level 0.00, from where a porch opens and gives access to the swimming pool.
