Sumit Singhal loves modern architecture. He comes from a family of builders who have built more than 20 projects in the last ten years near Delhi in India. Article source: DESIGN HAUS LIBERTY’S City Road is a multi-unit developer led project located in East London. The existing building is located in a conservation area and required two separate planning applications before the design was implemented. The second planning application was to gain approval to change the services on the ground floor into a commercial unit. The design of City Road includes a new side entrance to create a private access point to the flats above. DH Liberty wanted to make a statement of clean and refined living in East London.
