The project is located near ParqueCentenario(Centenario Park), a big green urban park, in the middle of Buenos Aires city, in which converges three neighborhoods, Caballito, Almagro and Villa Crespo. Also a great number of things supplement this metropolitan scenario, such as; the Natural  Science Museum, the Uriburu school, CBC UBA, Los Dolores church, the Astronimical Observatory, the Leloir Institute, the Pasteur Institute, the M Curie Institute, the Navy Hospital and the Durand Hospital.

Civilian infrastructures like the subway lines A and B, electrical substations, strenghened the urban fabric where the urban space gives society restrain.

The project is located in a block with  an atypical geometry which allows it to create heterogeneousness given the fact that it is formed by two and three storey houses and a church. The block’s green área provides this function simultaneity.

The street is defined by the plentiful of trees and as you walk closer, you can appreciate how the  facade is synthesized into an abstract permeable scene.

In a limited plot (4,80m x 14,70m) the design allows each space to be comfortable and give that sense of airiness and openness by articulating them vertically.

On the ground floor ,which works as entrance and also as a recreational space, you can appreciate the whole plot and the continuity and flexibility with the sidewalk through the metalic fabric and translucent band. This area creates its own air flow through this vertical core, the staircase, which articules the stories.

On the first floor, the proper layout enables the bedrooms and badrooms to get plenty ventilation and ilumination.
On the “piano nobile” you can find the kitchen ,living room and dinning room.

By looking at a section you can appreciate the interaction with the terrace and how this area gives you a sense of airiness and openness and a beautiful tree covered view.

From the terrace you can soak up the amazing city sky and views to the park and church.
