Article source: ceu arquitetos The House Manaus was created from a single family dwelling study in Manaus AM, Brazil. Proposing a project that had the best sunshine on level ground. The solution was to create single block with indoor facing the best adaptations of sunshine and ventilation of the area.
Thus, the program was divided into three parts: intimate area, social area and support area. Whereas the suites as intimate area, they are facing east façade, which gets the morning sun and Northwest predominant ventilation. social area is located between the inner area and support, has high ceilings of 4.75 meters and an open whole environment, integrating all programs. Finally, the support area is on the west facade, which receives the afternoon sun and serves as a sun block in the social areas. Contact ceu arquitetos
