The locality of Algodonales is in a landscape enclave favoured in the skirt of the Líjar Mountain, in the province of Cadiz, being opened visually in fullness towards the Pinar Range. Its historical town-center obeys an organic tracing imposed by the abrupt topography of the area, typical of the medieval Arabic urbanism of the zone, where the system of streets, free spaces and organization hospitalizes of the framework they are interlacing almost at random in conformity with the slopes of the mountain.

In this context, in the perimeter of the historical core, it begins to develop in the last decades an expansion of the same town, adapting the studding to a more rational framework where it begins to emerging a more identical architecture to the current importance in agreement with the popular architecture that shapes the urban center.

The housing locates in two plots of the same property, which allows to vent the program and to develop almost the totality of the same one in one plant with generous dimensions. Opened eastward, the party walls condition the interior distribution of the different spaces being the servitudes of the same ones those who establish the rules of the game.

The functional distribution realizes in the ground floor articulating both plots in turn in the zone by day, in the northern part and the zone by night in the southern part, being the generous back court the one that does the times of articulator of both of them. The south part of the housing, more intimate is distributed by the garage, bedroom, dresses and bath. In the north, totally diaphanous zone a study and the kitchen is distributed lounge and dinning room that is opened in all his you were squeaking from the main face to the back court.

This court covered by a terrace is anticipated, possesses a swimming pool and a core of bathroom and washer. The used materials are the wood and the astroturf to create a space more according to the green spaces of the natural environment.

With finishes totally white with the exception of the soils, with grey dark and of wood, one tries to create austere and minimalist spaces where the lights and shades are those who believe the own textures and tonalities of the diverse cloths in the principal stay. It is endowed to make more comfortable the stay of facilities of radiant soil supported by conduits of ventilation as well as systems of solar capture for the warm sanitary water.
