Article source: nomade architettura The plan of this great Penthouse on top of a Building located in the Center of Berlin, next to the Tiergarten looks like the prow of a ship, the apartment privileged location offers a breathtaking view of the city from all the rooms. The terrace that provides a lot of sunlight is a natural extension of the living area which is the focal point of the entire house.
The wide double living room is organized into a TV area and a conversation corner. Here Nomade Architettura designed a mirrored and functional TV stand, perfectly integrated with the window, without hiding it. The open kitchen communicates with the rest of the living area. The main bedroom is thought as a sort of suite, with an open bathroom that connects the bedroom itself and the walk-in closet, this choice has allowed to maintain the strong brightness of this room. The smaller bedroom has also an inserted bathroom, with an open glass window for the shower. The taste is contemporary and sober, the furniture is custom made for the apartment, with a touch of softness combined with high tech finishes. Nomade Architettura managed to understand the strong presence of the natural light , using it to create clean and optimised spaces. Contact nomade architettura
