The project develops on an area of irregular contour. The layout seeks to alternate between the interior and exterior spaces. On the main entrance, a courtyard is located proposing the transition between the public street and private interior.

On the hall entrance, a change of scale takes place, from the exterior to the confined space that reaffirms it’s empty character and remarks a vertical tension to define the access.

The water contributes to the depth perception of the environment and reflections on the surfaces of the housing. The focus of the residence communicates the terraces, public zones and work zones. This allows to maximize the opening and integration with it’s surroundings. A tree set on the center dominates the area.

The proposition resolves on a main volume, the smaller bodies of the composition contain supports, gardens and roof gardens

The design introduces a succession of different materials and densities. Structurally, is solved by the technology of reinforced concrete

The solar panels, roof gardens, double bricked walls, insulated glazing and cross ventilations are all significant contributions to the process of sustainability.
