Article source: Berezanskyy architects The project allows to alternately expand the functional space of the house depending on the changing needs and growth of the family. The house consists of main base unit and several additional ones. The base unit (128.5 m²) is the principal. It consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen-dining room, boiler room, bathroom, toilet facilities. It is a fully independent living unit. The additional units which are the children’s rooms, bedroom, cabinet, garage and terrace join to the base unit in the designated areas. The additional units can be added to the main unit at the same time or alternately depending on the real needs and opportunities of the residents. Thus, the house can “grow” with your family building up the necessary functional areas.
