At the ground level an open scheme blends the Stair, Living with a fireplace, Dining, and Kitchen areas with 10’ ceilings into a poly-functional environment with great visual connectivity. In addition there is a Study / Guest room which storage easily could be turned into a sixth bathroom.  16’ long sliding curtain opens up the back wall into the spacious back yard with Zen landscaping.

The second level has a Laundry Closet and 4 Bedrooms with 4 full Bathrooms including a Master Suit with a Balcony overlooking the back yard. Through the contemporary method of flexibility and transformability the door wall could be easily removed and Bedroom #4 with its Walk-in-Closet could be integrated with the Common Area into a Play Area.  Grown-up kids later on will still enjoy that secondary Living space for video gaming and TV, gym, pool table or ping-pong.

On both floors very little area is spent on hallways and circulation. Eventually a green terrace will be developed on the flat rooftop.
