Gamboa Tower is the latest addition to “Porto Maravilha” and will make its mark with its iconic design character and its contribution for the regeneration of area – now a cluster of derelict sites in the port area of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The 23-storey development consists of a hotel tower, serviced apartments and street level shops. The design reflects the attention with the surroundings, views and climate, as well as defines the connection between the street and the new urban block public courtyard.
