Can a home with endless view the landscape interweave both spaces that create privacy and features an open house?

Thus the challenge of the project encourages research about the different types of traditional architecture of the garden and recreation. For this, the architects used the analog conceptualization of Urdimbre as generating element of the project to develop a design that understand their environment in terms of implementation, physical morphology of the land and architectural program.

Given the dramatic landscape canyon of Rio Bogota and as a way to ensure the fluidity and continuity within the same housing, subtly challenge was implanted in the environment, appropriating the space of the barrel; and converting this into the great generator design. For this a warp ordenadoras lines that contrast sharply with the sinuous and organic geometry of the landscape, seeking to create a fusion between the natural and the constructed between solid and liquid, closed open, inside out, filled with empty, transparent opaque is created; so that these attributes were the ingredients that allow and give the tone for the organization and materiality of the house allowing enclosures have an ongoing dialogue outside and vice versa; so that the elements were completed and architectural spaces with the natural elements of the landscape and turn the landscape “ARQUITECTURIZARA” with the ordering lines creating natural enclosures project as a continuation of the architectural enclosures.

This Urdimbre, loose planes, porches full, empty frames, enclosures and patios rise vegetation; creating two major types of facades, a closed but virtuous geometric composition of solids and voids at different heights that control access reaching a large space of transition where this concept warp evidence conclusively with the creation of a large fabric air handled with perforated metal mesh and resting on a large fabric stone handled parts espacato, thus creating a large crawlspace and transition between these loose solid planes blocked from accessing the view of the canyon and looking create a strong element of surprise to the breathtaking views of the canyon once accessed.

The warp, used as tool building craft for centuries, looking at the project be a geometric juxtaposition constant by allowing generate multiple possibilities of meeting circulations environment leading to the different spaces both first and second level. Access to housing is given by a first entrance courtyard, which invites you to discover hidden behind an interesting geometric game low walls and visual openings. After passing this first courtyard, it is what the constant for the project, a set of vertical and horizontal planes that are woven through openings and plans enclosures recycled lattice type, handcrafted allowed carry the effect wireframe warp plane textile architectural technician. Also in the middle of two patios, the circulations distributed spaces both first and second level via a staircase that is the auction of the first large patio are generated.

The use of metallic fabric with perforated openings in the access to spaces mesh allowed bioclimatically lighting and natural ventilation project offering the necessary comfort to avoid mechanical aids will empower. This constant is perceived in the three twin bedrooms that are woven through the geometric distribution game plan. These three twin bedrooms, offer in their facades a game of solid and tissues that open the barrel and the countryside, offering its facades a game of solids at different heights which allows a new reading on what is generated through courtyards access. The bathrooms being an area that requires natural lighting and ventilation support, are generated by loose pass facade walls discrete, integrating each interior gardens not only for indoor atmosphere if not for bioclimatic control.

Both the social area open to the canyon and made up of living room and kitchen, along with a couple of yards at the ends, one of contemplation and distribution of the alcoves, and another residence and gastronomic activity that links the beach to the pool and social playground which in turn is projected to the canyon as a great space for contemplation consists of two axes palms as a continuation of the columns of this space game.

Finally, on the second level, is the great viewpoint to the canyon where the master bedroom with study develops, and is framed by a volume that unfolds virtually into the canyon, allowing achieve the privacy and spaciousness of the landscape that both it was sought during the design process.
