Within a body of the building in which stood a kindergarten and other small productive activities there is Zettel Club, former club / restaurant now converted into a discotheque and a space adaptable to host a variety of events.

The industrial archeology of the place has inspired the work of restructuring and restyling pursued with one goal, to create a contemporary elegance space while preserving the industrial look of the site.

“Poor” materials like raw concrete, wood planks of old scaffolding, iron gratings and wall finished with the material effect of dark sand alternating tone on tone, elegant and enveloping, they combine to redefine this place. The new look is enhanced by a light interior design project that aims to give more prominence both to the architecture and to the prestigiuos lights installed.

The “Zettel” lamp by Ingo Maurer dominates the entrance with a reception wardrobe and gives the name to the Club, groups of lamps “Fuchsia” by Achille Castiglioni embellish the “decompression area” adjacent to the main hall in which to stop to talk and have a drink.
In the main hall, new larger and more elegant privè areas were created, also revisited the DJ consolle which now can offers space for small show. The walls painted in white typical of the lofts NY style are opposing to walls finished in the dark sand gray, also redefined the large bar counter with a new lighting made simply with bulb socket. Architectural lights for new privè and technical lights redesign main hall with a more minimal look that is the leitmotif of this club.

The block of sanitary facilities has been totally revised, the rough concrete floor contrasts with the rest of the main hall with wooden floor, again with dark colours finishing sand effect and new architectural lights clearly communicates the position of the block by deliberately rough appearance. New and bigger is also the smoking area that integrates with the new taste of the disco, with rectangular concrete seats distributed along the perimeter of this essential room, expanded by mirrors placed where there were windows of the courtyard of the factory.
The taste that governs this club is rough, crude, simple, unfinished, but not coarse, indeed quite the opposite, a style never ostentatious as befits the contemporary sites. The trends in music are constantly evolving and appearance of unfinished, almost a work in progress is the style that links the industrial architecture to a place for fun constantly changing.
