Article source: Aresto Arquitetura Located in the city of Jundiaí, the residence designed with the purpose of sale, had as a goal the optimization of the cost and the time of execution of the construction. The unusual height of 3.80 meters from the ground floor brings comfort to the social areas. A large skylight over the wooden staircase complements the natural light from the ground floor and offers lighting to the rooms.
The natural ventilation system allows the house to cool quickly, reducing the use of air conditioning. On the ground floor are located the living room integrated the fireplace room, the dining room, the kitchen, the gourmet space, the pantry, the laundry, the toilet, the garage and the warehouse. On the first floor the upper floors are the four bedrooms. Built in structural ceramic masonry the modulation of the walls allowed significant cost reduction. For exterior finishes were used white latex paint, uncoated brick and white PVC doors and windows. Contact Aresto Arquitetura
