Article source: Studio Scatena Arquitetura Project of residence, atelier and gallery of the renomed plastic artist caciporé torres in the city of São paulo, Brazil. With approximately 500 m2, composed by five bedrooms – suites on the ground floor and upper floor, two areas of leisure, one with swimming pool, gourmet area and other on the top floor with direct access to rooms and equipped with a spa.
The atelier was designed to the property’s background, with direct access to the main hall and access of loading and downloading to the street for the transport of heavy steel sculptures. Still exist a gym academy, a guest house connected by passarela / garden. Concern with easy access for all environments to the dogs who live in total contact with the dwellers.
