We choose a structure completely underground respect to the floor of the ancient house, to take advantage of the stable temperatures, so the roof became the villa’s garden.

Materials and forms are linked to the tradition of the territory: arches made of bricks embrace the two levels underground, sand stones, steel, Cor-ten steel, and finally large glazed surfaces allowed the landscape to enter inside.

The Tasting Room is dominated by the texture of the Cor-Ten ceiling slabs, the effects of light, shade and color evoke the image of plowed fields. As for interiors also the outdoor furniture (most made by Corten steel) are realizied by design project.

The last building in 2015 (unpublished), a hall  Corten steel structure and glass, to access the underground cellar and the palace dungeons.

The structure of the Winery is made by three building wraps, that getting lighter outside to inside: stones, design the external spaces, bricks define the external envelope of the winery and glass the internal one; but every layer sinuously move to connect the spaces with the landscape.

Spaces become exclusive thanks to the meticulous attention paid to every small detail, such as the interior and exterior luminaires and fixtures, mostly handmade by design.
