Article source: Guinée*Potin Architectes The primary school of Treverien is in the center of the little town, in an old granit building. This typical building of the region is unfortunately far too small with the expansion of the town. Thus, an annexe was built against the original building and two prefabricated buildings were set into the playground to gain more room.
The project take advantage of the qualities of the site to link the existing and new built elements. The old granit building create an interesting front built, but the successive extensions compromise the readability of the school. Contact Guinée*Potin Architectes
