Article source: studioenricopasti The NOBIS CAFE ‘project, born in the historic center of the city of Verona, is housed inside a historic building, where the same masonry of the 1500s is brought to the sight to create a contrast to the rest of the room. We wanted to create a contrast between the historicity of the building and the search for materials with a strong personality.
Combining old gray woods, weathered for years, Pakistani Plaken Gold marble, Ottani leather, rocks and painted with the color of the year 2017 sikkens to give elegance to the masonry itself. The ceiling was entirely covered, with 60 x 60 diamond mirrors and studded in the corners. French Lampe Gras Lamps give a touch of warmth to the whole environment, along with floral plants.
