It’s time to test!
We have realized the project of the small country house executed in style, not absolutely typical for us, in the house estate near Raubichi. The modular house which has 68 \”squares\” was successfully located in a picturesque corner of \”Uzgorye\” cooperative. The small SMUGA country house is already constructed and ready for living.

Dreams come true

Our client has ordered a project of the small SMUGA house for his mother who likes to come to the dacha for all summer. Trying to execute all wishes of the customer, we have embodied small cozy space in the project of a cottage, which will be comfortable enough for living at old age.

Features of realization

Besides a ridged roof, the project of the SMUGA house has other features as well. We used \”the warmed Swedish plate\” as a basis, and combined a cedar and the Scandinavian larch in finishing. Cedar gives a wonderful smell, and a combination of the wooden laths located at different angles form an interesting image of a facade. The aluminum fold, which retain color even if some scratches occur, has been chosen as the main material of the roof covering. The big panoramic glazing was an important part of the project of a small country house. It is possible to observe one more interesting thing from the house windows: the tree growing right in the middle of terrace.

Comeback to traditional forms of housing construction and reflection of classical Belarusian housing in a modern style became the main conception, designing the house. The Scandinavian asceticism and the Belarusian identity were reflected in the house project, creating together a unique image. Plain white surfaces are in contrast to wood. In general, the use of larch as the main material in external and internal finishing helps to create cozy atmosphere in the house. In the layout we provided loft to maximize the use of space of high ceilings. Here you can accommodate guests and organize a small workplace.
