Article source: LoCa Studio Were the goals for this this full refurbishment in the Sants District in Barcelona. This mid-century house with brick walls and a wooden and metal structure had to be fully renovated extracting layer over layer to restore natural materials at the same time lighten up the weight of three overlapping floors.
The house is a collection of items that the client brings home from traveling experiences. The two façades of the house made possible to organize the layout in a way that the room and the bathroom enjoys views to Montjuïc while the living room is open to the old town. The position of the more private spaces and the doors movement make possible to enjoy a big space despite the reduced size of this apartment. Share this:RelatedContact LoCa Studio
