The principles based on International certifications will make Barrio one of the first sustainable certification in the world and its development and growth should function as part of the beginning and in conjunction with milestones, of perimeter B for better functioning of the historic center and the city of Mexico as World Urbe.
We propose a model where it is not so easy to distinguish between rehabilitation and new construction. Where the squares, the continuous layout of widening passes over the street as the only urban mechanism. It increases the number of sales outlets, enhancing access and service systems, providing public space and residential density. We move the commercial zone towards the Circunvalación Avenue, and we liberate the facades opening the old one building. Contact Aflo. Arquitectos
