Located on an irregular diamond shaped lot, this 1200m2 house is an answer to the plot lines, and a very demanding needs program.
The V shaped plan, connects the different function of the house through glassed bridges. This operation creates a constant presence of the exterior on the inside, enriching the overall space.
The basement, half-level under de street level, hold function such as a playroom, informal dinning and spa.
The main social area is on an elevated first level, and the private areas are located on the upper floor.
The stone path to the entrance, surprise us as it halts on a risen pond. This colorful ecosystem varies according to the season of the year, and creates an own scenery for the house.
