The house is developed in three levels.

The basement, half-level under de street level, hold function such as a playroom, informal dinning and spa.

The main social area is on an elevated first level, and the private areas are located on the upper floor.

The stone path to the entrance, surprise us as it halts on a risen pond. This colorful ecosystem varies according to the season of the year, and creates an own scenery for the house.

The pond overflows as a cascade to the basement, copying the rusted metal sheet, where it’s surrounded by green.

The water, as a connector, joins the different levels of the house, visually connected through openings and voids.

This house has an intricate flow of space, forming green terraces overlooking the river, where nature and concrete set an harmonic union.

The warm interiors, become clear and permeable as the big openings vanish the limits of the house.

The path to the exterior is natural, through green slopes that join the basement and ground floor.

A home that could create it’s own scenery, answering at the same time to a challenge of the need program and lot shape.
