Article source: J.C. Architecture A spatial journey that redefines us who we are Yoga is about the inner strength of one self, it is about the mentality, as well as the physical, it is about the ability to go beyond who we are, and push the limits of possibility.
Our idea, is it possible to push the idea of space, into an in-defined spatial experience, one which can transform the physicality of space, to compliment the essence of yoga, to allow for mind and body to come together through space. We search for a material that can create gentleness, but also gives strength to a space. We used light to create continuity, and the experience of the in-defined. The architecture itself protected us from the elements of nature, while we from the interior pushed beyond a walled boundary, giving the user an experience complimenting meditation. From the hard to the soft, from the soft to the hard, it translates what we are learning, into a physical space beyond who we are, but allows for us to search within. Contact J.C. Architecture
