Itatiba’s house is located in a lot at the beginning of the condominium, near the lake and with a preserved green view in front of it. The project was designed to capture the natural beauty of the place and to serve the family on weekends.
The entrance was defined from a cut of the topography that serves as a plateau for the house. At lower level, there is the second plateau, destined for gourmet and recreation area. To integrate the different levels of the house and the internal with the external area, large frames with glass, are proposed.
The design, construction and interior architecture of the house were designed with modernist references. With pure and discrete form, the strength of the white volume, and the grandeur of the openings, marks the architecture that extracting the maximum of the requested transparency that valuing the local beauties.
