Article source: HDG architecture Nectar was designed using the concept that even in a strip mall type interior, one can attain the feeling that have been transported to a funky little shop in another country.
Using a small budget we decided on one strong move that would act as a showpiece and as a way of delineating the three areas. We designed an interior wall and ceiling system with a pitch that would focus the guests eyes on what we wanted them to see. The shop is broken up into three areas; one being the wine shop and boutique gifts, a sitting area with soft, low seating that would split the shop from the wine bar. Giving each area a distinct feeling. Using cedar as the focal material and a fiber board to create a patterned texture, the cost were kept to a minimum. Share this:RelatedContact HDG architecture
