Located inside a neoclassical building – which Pierattelli Architetture has turned into original, new accommodation – the project represents the most recent evolution of a new model of hospitality pursued by the Italian architects: a concept that focuses on the visitor and his desire to travel while feeling at home. The result is hotel accommodation that is a well-balanced mix of luxury, design and hospitality.

The M7 Contemporary Apartments project began with the refurbishment of a historic neoclassical building whose interior was completely reinterpreted, creating a spatial subdivision aimed at maximum functionality and the exploitation of all usable space.

The result is 11 large apartments – single-, two- and three-room – all equipped with a kitchen and living area: spaces designed to enjoy each accommodation unit to the full and feel at home even when you’re travelling, cocooned in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms stand out for their clean, linear design, consisting of furnishings with an intimate and refined touch. The project makes it possible to point up the different spirits that coexist within M7, the classical and the contemporary.

The 11 apartments are dominated by light shades that give off an intimate, friendly atmosphere. These are contrasted by warm woods, such as canaletto walnut, and sharp, resolute touches of colour such as emerald green and electric blue, which give the rooms a refined, contemporary flair.

Each unit is cared for in every detail with custom made furnishings: from wardrobes to sofas, from tables to soft lights, every complement and detail has been designed to give uniqueness and charm to each room, for a truly 5-star stay. The jewel in the crown is a selection of iconic objects of Italian design that embellish the rooms and exteriors.

Diversity is the main catalyst: staying in an M7 apartment means living a unique story, with spaces different from each other, but which share the same styling code.

Not just simple hotel rooms, but environments aimed at offering a new way of travel, a refuge where to experience an unforgettable stay.
