Through a tailor-made project in which taste and design unite and a passion for beauty and goodness, AMlab reinterprets and concretizes the vision of Philippe Alléosse, according to the New York Times, one of the three best Fromageur Affineur of the world.

The result is an atypical shop, with a strong character in which the exposure of cheeses comes out of the common by highlighting the value of the refining process.

The concept has two distinct characteristics: the point-of-sale exhibition that reflects the outward-looking offer and the staging of the cheese that is presented as a jewel. The architectural lines of the project, characterized by a vault reminiscent of the maturing cellar, give a greater vision of the space.

The central exhibition counter is on the dominant element of the cheese factory, a link between the vertical exposure of the back counter and the display of products added to the cheese.

The choice of materials related to the project, reflects the history of the family, which is made of authentic values and unconventional tastes. With its robust elegance, the Brera stone is used on the central element as a pedestal that showcases the cheeses. The resistant and flexible ash wood allows you to play with the shapes and create locations and niches for the products.

The technologies used for LED lighting and cooling are the distinctive elements of the project. An innovative system that reaches the required temperatures and a degree of humidity (up to 80%) to maintain the nature of the ripening product inside the shop. AMlab imagines and realizes buying spaces by accompanying the client in each phase: from strategic conception and creation of ideas to the realization of the project, respecting the timing and the agreed budget.

The secret of our success lies in constant innovation and awareness of the responsibility we are responsible for. For this, we commit ourselves every day to offer only the best to those who choose to use our Creative Laboratory.
