Each project is a different story, an immersion in the reality in which the structure to be realized is and a search for the most correct languages to tell it.

More than 140 projects in the world and the storytelling of CaberlonCaroppi always manages to amaze. It starts from the location, from the place and from the city, to get to know the genius loci of each structure, to catch its soul and transfer it to the project, always stirring emotions.

“From architectural and graphic design to materials and fabrics, everything is in line with the identity of the place”. This is how architects Chiara Caberlon and Ermanno Caroppi speak about the design spirit of CaberlonCaroppi Italian Touch Architects, the associate studio founded in 2004 with the aim of sharing and putting together the various experiences gained over years. The CaberlonCaroppi studio aims at developing new concepts of tailor-made hospitality dedicated to all categories of hospitality, from the historic hotel to the business hotel, from the prestigious resort to the intimate boutique hotel, thus revealing its eclectic and versatile identity always looking for new challenges and stimuli.

Located in the Brenta Dolomites, in the little square of Madonna di Campiglio, the Majestic Mountain Charme Hotel is a place for those who love nature and snow.

With a comfortable, refined and modern look, the Majestic rooms have been entirely designed and renovated by the associated Studio CaberlonCaroppi Italian Touch Architects with the aim of enhancing the historicity and tradition of the hotel and merging it with the exciting landscape of the Dolomites. Starting from the design of the functional layout to the creation of unique and exclusive pieces of furniture, the studio has been able to combine the genius loci with the client’s demand of a contemporary mountain style capable of surprising and giving space to comfort.

The starting point was to create spacious and functional rooms, providing customers with flexible environments suitable for every need. The interiors have been carefully designed to impress the visitor with their elegance and simplicity of lines, through the modern reinterpretation of the classic mountain settings and the unusual and innovative use of many of the iconic elements of the Dolomites, creating an environment in the spirit of surprise and discovery. Rooms were designed to be fit with well-equipped wardrobes, but also to hold smaller ad hoc living spaces, made to become – where necessary – additional sleeping accommodations with due attention to privacy and comfort. Finely hidden doors can create wider environments offering an even more flexible service. Hence the surprise effect of the layout in which spaces unfold in a smart way: retractable hooks, folding-sliding partitions and lightning elements are just some of the discoveries that the visitor will make.

A key player is the velvet headboard, imposing and framed by wooden volumes; on the side of the bed, large hanging lamps illuminate the black nightstands. The recesses and the shelves in the room are underlined by the black of the metal sheet, which creates a spectacular empty and full effect delineated by the use of LEDs.

The discovery of the room continues with the big bear on red print that appears as soon as you open the wardrobe, revealing itself as a curious detail perfectly in line with the traditions of the place and that wants to impress the guest. Mascotte of Madonna di Campiglio, the bear is in fact proposed again on the silk-screened and backlit glass plate on which the bed leans, along with the star, logo and icon of the town. The stone bathrooms are spacious and feature a simple style while the double light mirror gives relevance to the entire space. The washbasin top, made of stoneware and specifically designed by the studio, reveals the ability to convey the concept into every detail starting from the careful choice of materials. Most of the upholsteries, headboard, chairs and curtains have been designed ad hoc. The cabinets are characterized by leather decorated with handmade stitching. Also part of the lighting, like the iron bear head, was created specifically for these spaces.

The covering of walls and floors has been conceived in modular oak planks both to recall the mountain environments and for the need of a quick and easy installation.

Alpine atmosphere and mountain elegance are reflected in the use of material gray and beige, while sheet metal finishes give a modern touch to the environment.

From the anonymous dress to haute couture garment, this is the unique trait of CaberlonCaroppi that finds in the tailor made the key to the success of every project.
