Article source: Zooi Interior Design Studio Interior project in a minimalist and contemporary style by the designers Maxim Doschinsky and Pavel Voytov of the studio ZOOI for a family with a daughter. The total area of the apartment is 300 square meters, resulting from the merger of three apartments. Thanks to this redevelopment, ZOOI designers have created a spacious open space that encloses kitchen, living room and dining area; then there is a master and guest room, children’s room, nanny’s room, a laundry and three bathrooms.
The kitchen, modern and island-shaped, looks bright thanks to the panoramic windows and the technical lighting of the factory XAL (Austria), which is also spreading throughout the living room, while the kitchen module has also various storage systems for items and products. The minimalist interior of the living room includes an elegant sofa chosen from the factory Lema (Italy) and a smart lamp from the Italian factory Vibia. Some pylons divide the living room from the dining room, deliberately located near a great panoramic viewport. In the evening the lighting is entrusted to the classy chandelier, chosen from the factory New York Roll & Hill, over the black table Muuto from Denmark. The master bedroom has been designed by ZOOI studio with a minimalist style and also includes a modern private bathroom and a dressing room. Inside the bedroom there is a piece of furniture designed with an open structure while the lighting is provided with two lamps from the factory Marset (Italy). The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a refined glass, at the entrance has two sinks, various furniture and shelves. The walls are decorated with white marble tiles, a bathtub is positioned near the window, where there is also a designer table Walter Knoll (Germany), and there is also a big shower area. The guest bedroom has a simple but elegant design, is illuminated by a large window that also serves as a relaxation area, and is equipped with an intelligent lighting system with switches that regulate the temperature of the light. There is also a suspension lamp from the Danish factory Gubi. A similar design is in the nanny’s room, respectful of the person who takes care of the child. Here a compact built-in wardrobe gives, even more, a sense of spaciousness. In the design of the children’s room, the designers Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky carried out different design solutions and introduced several exclusive design objects. They decorated the perimeter of the room, the bed and the desk in the study area in the shape of small magical houses. The most original design objects are the cloud-shaped lamp Nemo (Italy) in the study area, the three Restoration Hardware children’s chairs, and the cute owl-shaped wall lamp from the factory Karman. The corridors connecting the rooms have been designed by the studio ZOOI with a further function to contain several pieces of furniture with modern systems for storing items and clothes.
