Article source: Idea Asociados Taking advantage of the development of high buildings in the south of Mexico City, IDEA Asociados joins this growing activity designing a residential complex where the most important value is quality of life. The project was divided into two towers with a total of 144 apartments; the first tower has 26 levels and the second 23, both surrounded by 3,000 sq m of green areas.
The property had an old house that was decided to be incorporated to the project and is the space intended for the amenities of all residents. A party room, gym, library, lounge for adults and a pool shape the new program giving a different character to the complex and is an allure for residents and their guests. The quarry details and stone walls that were preserved, along with some wooden gestures and comfortable furniture in the halls and public areas stand out. The combination of contemporary façades with apparent concrete cladding of the towers, and the stately architecture of the amenities house, enhance the warm balance and timeless style to the whole project.
